Mimi's Submarine Sandwich

  • All kinds of cold cuts
  • Onion
  • Green and red bell peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Leek
  • Salad dressing [to taste]
  • Salt and pepper
  • Submarine rolls
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese
  • Cut all cold cuts, onion, green and red bell peppers, zucchini and leek into tiny cubes.
  • Mix cubes into a bowl; pour in salad dressing.
  • Marinate for a few hours.
  • Fill submarine rolls with cold cuts/vegetables mixture.
  • Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese; microwave for approximately 50 seconds.
