- All kinds of cold cuts
- Green and red bell peppers
- Salad dressing [to taste]
- Salt and pepper
- Submarine rolls
- Grated Mozzarella cheese
- Cut all cold cuts, onion, green and red bell peppers, zucchini and leek into tiny cubes.
- Mix cubes into a bowl; pour in salad dressing.
- Marinate for a few hours.
- Fill submarine rolls with cold cuts/vegetables mixture.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese; microwave for approximately 50 seconds.
