- 1 pita bread
- Pizza sauce, to garnish
- 2 slices any cheese
- Pepperoni slices, to garnish
- Sweet green or red pepper slices, membranes removed and seeded, to taste
- Coat pita bread all over with pizza sauce.
- Top with cheese slices, pepperoni slices, and sweet green or red pepper slices.
- Microwave on 'HIGH' for 1 minute.
- Fold in half, and enjoy!
