  • 6 cups [1.5 L] water
  • 1 cup [250 mL] cornflour
  • Salt
  • Pour water into an 8-cup [2-L] microwave-safe container; mix in corn flour and salt.
  • Cover and microwave for approximately 40 minutes on 'HIGH', stirring often.
  • Transfer mixture into a nice serving dish; leave to set.
  • Serve hot, yet well set.
