Chutney Dip for Fruits
Comments: Serve this chutney dip, a fruit-based condiment, along with all sorts of berries or assorted color fruits pieces such as apples, strawberries, pineapple chunks and banana pieces.

  • 16 ounces [454 g] cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] curry powder
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] chutney
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] sour cream
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] Sherry
  • Into a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until foamy.
  • Well mix in salt, curry powder, chutney, sour cream then Sherry
  • Refrigerate dip until ready to serve, really cold.
