- 1 cup [250 mL] carrot juice
- 1 1/4 cups [300 mL] light [10 to 12%] cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] freshly squeezed orange juice
- 20 ice cubes
- Orange slices, to decorate
- Pour carrot juice and cream into a shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Evenly add ice cubes to tall glasses.
- Evenly fill glasses with carrot juice mixture.
- Decorate each glass with orange slices.
- Serve immediately, with straws.
