  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can beef consomme
  • 10 ounces [284 mL] vegetable juice
  • 10 ounces [284 mL] water
  • 6 ounces [190 mL] beer
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Pour beef consomme, vegetable juice, water, beer and Worcestershire sauce into a casserole.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil; simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, then serve.
