Easy Chicken Rice Soup

  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] rice
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/2 cooked chicken white breast, diced
  • Bring chicken broth to a boil.
  • And and cook rice and celery dices until tender.

  • Leave to simmer for 10 minutes more.
