- 10 ounces [310 mL] frozen partially thawed broccoli, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] milk
- 1 cup [250 mL] light cream
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dried onion flakes
- 2 cubes beef broth conentrate
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- Mix together chopped broccoli and 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk into a blender until broccoli is completely broken-up.
- Pour in remaining milk and light cream; add onion flakes, beef broth cubes, salt and pepper.
- Mix until smooth.
- Reheat, and serve.
