Easy Leek Soup

Comments: Why throw away any remaining delicious broth of a boiled whole chicken or piece of beef and vegetables.
  • 8 cups [2 L] chicken, beef or vegetable broth
  • 3 leeks, thinly sliced
  • Bring broth to a boil.
  • Add leek slices.
  • Cook until tender before serving.
