- 1 [3-pound / 1.5-kg] chicken
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 6 cups [1.5 L] water
- Dice chicken meat.
- Transfer chicken dices into a pressure cooker.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Add celery, carrot and onion dices; pour in water.
- Close lid and place pressure regulator on top of cooker.
- Cook for 15 minutes while pressure regulator sways slowly.
- Let pressure drop on its own, before opening cooker.
