Chicken Soup [pressure cooker]

  • 1 [3-pound / 1.5-kg] chicken
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 6 cups [1.5 L] water
  • Dice chicken meat.
  • Transfer chicken dices into a pressure cooker.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
  • Add celery, carrot and onion dices; pour in water.
  • Close lid and place pressure regulator on top of cooker.
  • Cook for 15 minutes while pressure regulator sways slowly.
  • Let pressure drop on its own, before opening cooker.
  • Serve.
