Spinach Soup

IngredientsPreparation
  • 2 cups [500 mL] boiling water
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] powdered milk
  • 1 cube chicken broth concentrate
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 boiled drained potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] margarine
  • 2 cups [500 mL] fresh spinach, rinsed
  • Transfer all ingredients, except spinach, into a food processor.
  • Mix for 30 seconds, then slowly add spinach, mixing until creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
