- 1 cucumber
- 1 L [4 cups] stirred plain yogurt
- Salt, to taste
- 5-grain pepper, to taste
- 1 goat cheese matured into wood ashes
- Chopped chives, to taste
- Peel cucumber.
- Thinly chop into a food processor or grate cucumber.
- Transfer into a deep bowl.
- Mix in yogurt, salt and pepper.
- Mix in goat cheese.
- Sprinkle mixture with chopped chives.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, before serving.
