  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 [19-ounce / 540-mL] can creamed corn
  • 4 cups [1 L] milk or fresh cream
  • Melt butter.
  • Cook chopped onion into melted butter, until translucent.
  • Add creamed corn and milk or cream; heat, without boiling.
  • Serve immediately.
