  • 1 cup - 1 1/3 teaspoons [130 g] flour
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Rhum
    or
    1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla extract
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup + 1/4 cup - 2 teaspooons [300 mL] milk
  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] natural red food coloring
  • Rose extract, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] natural green food coloring
  • Peppermint flavoring, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Bonne Maman® strawberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Bonne Maman® apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Bonne Maman® raspberry jam
  • Sift flour.
  • Into a large bowl, mix together flour, Rhum or vanilla extract, salt and eggs.
  • Slowly mix in milk, then mix in melted butter until smooth, using an electric mixer if needed.
  • Evenly pour pancake mix into 3 separate bowls.
  • Color first pancake mix until pink using natural red food coloring; flavor rose extract.
  • Color second pancake mix with natural green food coloring; flavor with peppermint.
  • Keep remaining pancake mix as is.
  • Cook pancakes, one batch at a time; reserve.
  • Spoon each jam over 1/3rd of pancakes.
  • Roll stuffed pancakes.
  • Arrange filled pancakes upright, as a bouquet, into a clean jar, and serve.
