Sweet Golden Grated Potato German Pancake [Pfanne]

Excellent sprinkled with brown sugar, or coated with maple syrup.
4 medium potatoes
4 to 5 tablespoons [35 to 43.75 g] flour
Peel then finely grate potatoes before mixing in eggs, one at a time, then flour.
Salt and mix until well blended.
Heat a little oil into a large frypan, pour in grated potato mixture then lightly press mixture into a pancake.
Leave to brown until golden.
Turn pancake over; brown on other side before serving, cut into wedges.
