- 2 frozen waffles, toasted and cooled
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] peanut butter
- 1/2 unpeeled, cored small green apple, into thin wedges
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] strawberry of raspberry jam
- Evenly spread peanut butter over 1 of cooled waffles.
- Top with green apple wedges.
- Evenly spread strawberry of raspberry jam over remaining waffle.
- Turn waffle over on top of apple wedges covered waffle.
