Easy Peanut Butter Waffle Sandwich

  • 2 frozen waffles, toasted and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] peanut butter
  • 1/2 unpeeled, cored small green apple, into thin wedges
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] strawberry of raspberry jam
  • Evenly spread peanut butter over 1 of cooled waffles.
  • Top with green apple wedges.
  • Evenly spread strawberry of raspberry jam over remaining waffle.
  • Turn waffle over on top of apple wedges covered waffle.
