- 1/3 cup [75 g] butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup [140 g] flour
- 1 cup [250 mL] milk
- Preheat oven to 425°F [220°C].
- Put butter in an 8-inch [20-cm] round cake pan and place in oven while oven is heating.
- Into blender, blend 4 eggs for 1 1/2 minutes.
- While still whirling, pour in flour and milk.
- Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute longer.
- Pouring slowly so melted butter is not on top of batter, pour batter into hot pan in oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes, and serve.
