Dutch Boy Pancakes

  • 1/3 cup [75 g] butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup [140 g] flour
  • 1 cup [250 mL] milk
  • Preheat oven to 425F [220C].
  • Put butter in an 8-inch [20-cm] round cake pan and place in oven while oven is heating.
  • Into blender, blend 4 eggs for 1 1/2 minutes.
  • While still whirling, pour in flour and milk.
  • Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute longer.
  • Pouring slowly so melted butter is not on top of batter, pour batter into hot pan in oven.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, and serve.
