Apple Pancake Mix
Servings: Enough for approximately 18 pancakes

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] melted butter
  • 2 cups [500 mL] milk
  • 2 cups [280 g] sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] cinnamon [or to taste]
  • 1 1/4 cups [310 mL] peeled grated apples
  • Mix together beaten eggs, melted butter and milk.
  • Into a clean bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
  • Fold dry ingredients into liquid ingredients.
  • Fold in grated apples.
