- 2 cups [280 g] flour
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] baking powder
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] sugar
- 1 cup [250 mL] milk
- 1 cup [250 mL] cream [35% m.s.g.]
- 3 eggs
- 4 teaspoons [20 g] melted butter
- Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
- In a bowl, beat together milk, cream, eggs and melted butter, until foamy.
- Slowly mix liquid ingredients into sifted dry ingredients, until thick.
- Cook waffles in a hot, well greased waffle iron.
