Mamie's Waffles

  • 2 cups [500 mL] eggs
  • 2 cups [400 g] sugar
  • 2 cups [500 mL] vegetable oil
  • 2 cups [280 g] all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vanilla
  • Beat together eggs and sugar.
  • Pour in oil; gradually mix in flour and vanilla.
  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Pour in a little dough; close waffle iron.
  • Cook for approximately 2 minutes, until golden.
  • Keep waffles in al foil.
