  • Pancake batter
  • Boiled rice or pasta noodles or cooked oatmeal
  • Seasonings to taste [optional]
  • Any desired cooked ingredient [optional]
  • Mix together an equal quantity pancake batter and boiled rice or pasta noodles or cooked oatmeal.
  • If desired, season to taste and add any desired cooked ingredient, such as boiled vegetable pieces, cooked ham dices or drained canned fruit pieces....
  • Cook a little batter at a time, into approximately 3-inch [7.5-cm] pancakes.
