Chocolate Pancakes

  • 1 cup [140 g] flour
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] milk
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon [3.75 mL] salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Chocolate chips
  • Beat together flour, milk, baking powder, salt and eggs.
  • While cooking, drop a few chocolate chips over each pancake.
