- 3/4 cup [190 mL] icing sugar
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] Grand Marnier liqueur
- 3 cups [750 mL] fresh strawberry slices
- 12 sweet pancakes
- 24 strawberries dipped into melted chocolate
- Whip cream; fold in icing sugar, Grand Marnier liqueur and strawberry slices.
- Stuff pancakes with strawberry mixture; roll pancakes.
- Arrange rolled pancakes onto a serving plate.
- Decorate with chocolate coated strawberries.
