  • 2 cups [500 mL] heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] Grand Marnier liqueur
  • 3 cups [750 mL] fresh strawberry slices
  • 12 sweet pancakes
  • 24 strawberries dipped into melted chocolate
  • Whip cream; fold in icing sugar, Grand Marnier liqueur and strawberry slices.
  • Stuff pancakes with strawberry mixture; roll pancakes.
  • Arrange rolled pancakes onto a serving plate.
  • Decorate with chocolate coated strawberries.
  • Serve.
