- 1 cup [250 mL] plug flour
- 2 cups [280 g] all-purpose flour
- 1 to 2 teaspoons [5 to 10 mL] baking powder
- Cold water
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] hot water
- Mix together flours, baking powder and salt; pour in enough cold water to get a pancake-like dough.
- Make a well in the centre, pour in baking soda, already mixed with hot water.
- Mix well; cook as you would pancakes.
