Do not use an electric mixer. Cooking thin pancakes is the secret of this recipe, more than popular with my friends.
1 cup [140 g] all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon [15 mg] sugar
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups [375 mL] milk
1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
Into a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, eggs, salt, milk and vanilla.
Thoroughly mix; there should not be any lump.
Heat a little vegetable oil.
Cook pancakes until golden on both sides.
