Brittanny-Style Pancakes

  • 1 cup [140 g] flour
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Vegetable oil
  • Beat together flour, icing sugar, milk and eggs.
  • Lightly oil a non-stick frypan.
  • Cook thin pancakes, until lightly golden on both sides.
